We have a total of 16 Rentals with kitchens and bathrooms.

 

Unless otherwise noted in the description, all of our rentals have A/C, heat, free WiFi, TV/DVD (No cable TV and no TV reception), private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), well-equipped kitchen with 2-burner or 4-burner stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, kitchen table with 4 chairs, gas grill, 4 lawn chairs, picnic table, campfire ring.

Rates as listed below. All rates and policies are subject to change.

Please Note:  We guarantee a type of site or cabin.

We cannot guarantee a particular site or a particular cabin.  

If you have a preference or if you ask to be next to friends, we will do our best but we cannot promise.

3 - Tiny Houses

  • 1 Bedroom  with 1 queen bed.

  • Additional sleeping loft with 2 twin mattresses on a carpeted floor.

  • Fold-out couch in living room.

  • Sleeps 5. 

  • Nightly rate: $215 (3 night minimum)

       Rates based on 2 adults & their children under 18 yrs.

  • Extra Adult $15 per night.

  • Extra Child $5 per night.

  • 6% Tax.  $150 Damage Deposit.  $50 Cleaning fee.

  • Overlooks fishing pond.

  • Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink.

  • Well-equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove & oven.

  • No Pets.

13 - Cabins

  • 1 Bedroom with 1 full bed and twin bunks. 

  • Additional sleeping loft with 2 twin mattresses on a carpeted floor.

  • Fold-down futon.

  • Cabin #4 & Cabin #10 are beside W/E/S RV sites.

  • Sleeps 5.   12' x 28'

  • Nightly rate: $195 (3 night minimum)    

       Rates based on 2 adults & their children under 18 yrs.

  • Extra Adult $15 per night.

  • Extra Child $5 per night.

  • 6% Tax.  $150 Damage Deposit.  $50 Cleaning fee.

  • Across from or near playground.

  • Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink.

  • Well-equipped kitchen with 2-burner stove. (No oven)

  • No Pets.
