HOLDING TANKS

Beaver Valley's 27' Zinger Camper is not connected to a sewer system.  Instead, there are 2 holding tanks under the camper. One tank is for “black” water – just the toilet. The other tank is for the “gray” water- sinks and shower.  We pump the Zinger's tanks every 2 or 3 days. If you are renting the camper directly from Beaver Valley, there is no fee for this and we usually do it while you are gone.

If the gray water tank fills up, it will back up a little into the shower. This is normal.  Let us know and we will come pump it out.

Please don’t be too alarmed if this happens; the black water never mixes with the gray water.

If you are conscientious about not letting the water run while you brush your teeth or wash the dishes, you shouldn’t have the gray water back up into the tub.

You are near the restrooms which you can also use if you want.

NOTE:  If you are renting the camper from someone else or it is your own camper, there is a $15 fee for each pumpout and we ask that you let us know a day in advance.
